What Causes Doubles Images After Cataract Surgery?

hi, i m 40 yr male. I have recently had a cataract surgery through phacoemulsification. I was having multiple distant vision. Its now one month from surgery and I have no t received specs as yet. Despite my surgery I am seeing double images. I have already had tested for diplopia and for nerve damage before surgery. Wat does the symptom suggest ? I am having tremendous mental pressure do to this as I am working as ATC. Kindly advise !

Well there could be many reasons like lens displacement especially if its multifocal lens or unifocal with edge in pupillary area cause double vision. Rarely muscle paralysis can cause double vision, will also be associated with squinting.

Get complete evaluation and treatment accordingly.
