What Causes Dizzy Spells In Post A Cataract Surgery
I had cataract surgery with mono-lens placement 3 weeks ago; one lens for distance and the other for reading. I have been getting some dizzy spells on and off especially when I am up and walking. What is the cause; and will Antivert help? Thank you.

It seems from the history that you have undergone cataract surgery 3 weeks ago and you are having spells of dizziness.
Dizziness is not related to cataract surgery and it requires evaluation. The common causes are vertigo, migraine headaches, diseases causing vascular insufficiency...
