I suffered a heart attack in 2007 ans subsequently have been on substantial daily medication. I am also a diabetic. I started having dizzy spells and have had several falls resulting in whiplash, trimalleolar fracture of my ankle (with 9 pins and plates, still swelling and painful 6 months afterwards) and 2 broken ribs. I have now developed arthritis in my neck, shoulders hips and groin. Recently I have been having severe lower body jarking or spasms, so much so that I am getting very little sleep. Any help appreciated
