Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. It is common for abnormal menstrual presentation to be observed while on hormone contraception during the initial months until the body adjusts to the new hormone milieu. However, if such disturbance appears after sometime, you need further evaluation by an expert. I would ask you, in the current scenario, to get a proper clinical evaluation, followed by a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route,to know the status of the pelvic organs and to help plan further management. Hope this helps.
