What Causes Chest Pain For A Person Having Heart Murmur History?

I'm having chest pains and it's worrying me. I had a heart murmur as a child but I was told it went away. But now that I'm 265 lbs I'm worried that it came back, or I have some other heart problem. I'd say every half hour or so it would feel like my heart is bubbling like there's gas in my heart.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you should immediately consult doctor and get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg) to rule out cardiac diseases.
You had murmur in childhood and having obesity at present. So you are at risk of heart disease like arrhythmia.
Arrhythmia can cause bubbling, gaseous feeling in chest area.
So get done above mentioned tests.
If all are normal than possibility of gaseous distention of stomach due to gastritis is more.
So take proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs. Loose weight. Avoid hot and spicy food.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
