What Causes Chest Pain After Having Antibiotics For UTI?

I had Urinary Tract Infection, which spread to kidneys, or at least I think it did, since I had nausea, fever and blood in my urine. After taking UTI antibiotics, day after nausea and blood in urine stopped, but I developed chest pain. Is it a complication and is it an emergency?

Urologist 's  Response
Is the antibiotic Nitrofurantoin. It does have side effect of shortness of breath, chest tightness. In due course of time, it may cause pulmonary fibrosis,BOOP, pulmonary hemorrhage. If this the drug, u need to stop the medication urgently, meet urologist to change to another culture sensitive antibiotic. U must meet pulmonologist to get ur chest examined and get PFT if required.
