What Causes Chest Pain?

I have gone to the emergency room once for random chest pain about 6 months ago. It was ruled as muscular and my MD is treating me for fibromyalga. The pains went away for a while, but I got a cold, which seems to have aggravated it again. The pains are random and widespread. I cant tell if the cough causes the ache, or if the ache causes the cough.

fibromyalgia does not cause any cough and congestion ,hard coughing also cause pain in. muscles.. do steam inhalation 3times a day, take cough syrup, if problem persists and become severe than consult doctor
