Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend taking pregabalin to help improve your situation. The dose may be increased further gradually. Regarding the possible causes, I would recommend performing a brain MRI, checking vitamin B12 plasma levels and thyroid hormone levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
