What Causes Breast Pain After An Injury?

Good evening! I had tripped a few weeks ago and landed on gate hitting my right side , since that time my right breast more often than not hurts as pulling feeling , I don't know if it might be referred pain from shoulder or because I have had pain under rib cage gallbladder has no stones but hida scan low functioning had chest xray in er = normal, cat scan abdomen shows no abnormalities with exception of small cyst left ovary (been there no change in size 2.5cm) I dont want any more cat scans have had a number to monitor small lung nodules in last 2 years which have not changed and bronchoscopy negative for ca would an ultrasound or mri be best to evaluate breast Thank you ...PS post broncho got Staph really very bad (septic) treated with lots of antibiotics abdomen blew up treated for fungal infection as well so rather sick of this...

First thing that is required for this condition is ultrasound examination of both breast to rule out organic cause, analgesics will be required.
