General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blood in stool is due to a hemorrhage in the lower gastrointestinal tract. The migraine can be related to anemia and the loos of blood. An endoscopy is necessary to view the source of the hemorrhage. I suggest you a visit to a gastrologist for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
