What Causes Migraines,vomiting And Drowsiness?

Hi, I had a question. For the past 4 or 5 days, I've been having severe migraines especially when I cough. It affect my neck and head. I have severe right abdominal pain when I breathe in. I always feel droswy. With all these symptoms, do you know what can possibly be wrong with me? I'm going to the drs tomorrow but I'm scared they might say I need an MRI. Oh and everytime I eat or drink anything even water I have to vomit. I sometimes vomit only liquid and even when no liquid I still feel the urge too which I make the vomiting gesture. Hank u and have a nice evening

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive of an infection. The abdominal pain and vomiting could also be a sing of an infection. A sinus infection could lead to severe headaches. Do you have fever?
I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests: a chest X ray study, a sinus X ray study, a complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate and blood electrolytes.
A brain CT scan may be needed to exclude a possible intracranial hypertension, related to any possible brain lesion.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
