What Causes Bleeding Like Menstruation During Urination?

I heard last Depo injection in Jan & was suposed to go back in April but didn't. I started seeing something like menstruation in May (dark, blood) but it's not consistent. When I go to the toilet I would menstruate & then use a pad but it'll only have spots. This has been happening for more than 2 weeks now. What's causing this? i just want to menstruate normally. Please help it's very frustrating.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Normal menstrual cycle takes few months to restart after withdrawal of Depo injection. During this phase, irregular bleeding is possible. I feel you are getting that pattern of bleeding at present. Please don't worry. Wait for normal menses to establish.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
