What Causes Anal Fissure And Pain During Bowel Moments?
I am suffering from anal fissure. recently, i have visited doctors, he has advised me to go for BOTOX treatment. i have already went surgery in feb 2011. again i am facing similar problem. After bowel movements, i am facing tremendious pain if the bowel is with higher dia meter.

I really appreciate your concern, in fissure condition conventional surgery is the best option instead of BOTOX, so in my opinion better to go for conventional type of fissure surgery in which the fissures being opened and area of it becoming widen and it is being left like that taking care of infection, and hope this information helps.
