Hello, Alphintern consists of trypsin, chymotrypsin etc., which are enzymes used for decreasing edema. In your case it is used for decreased for post operative edema following laser surgery for fissure. It has side effects like swelling in the mouth, breathing difficulty, rashes, hypersensitivity reactions, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, difficulty breathing, itching, temporary stinging sensation, pain and burning sensation.
