What Causes Abnormal ANA When Suffering From Joint Pain And Headache?
have severe muscle/joint pain and swelling, trouble sleeping, headaches. my labs just came back with abnormal ANA screen as positive, anti nuclear titre as p1:80 and the ANA pattern as speckled/homogeneous. Do you think I should consult with a specialists? If so, what specialty. My PCP suggests I see a sleep specialists!!

In my opinion you have to cross check the result with some other lab after few days, no think about the specialist from now, if you do not have any symptom which is to be correlated with the report then why to worry about this, I hope this answer would be helpful to you I would be glad to answer your query for the next time also have nice day.
