What Causes Abdominal Pain While Coughing?

Just over a year ago I had a really bad cough lasting about 3 weeks. One day I coughed so hard it felt like something ripped on my lower left abdoman, now whenever I cough or (especially) sneeze I get a sharp stabbing pain to go with it, it feels like a stitch being pulled out inside me. Can you please help?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having inguinal hernia giving trouble.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
