Hello,

Lump on lower left vaginal wall could be infection or Bartholin’s cyst which is collection in the glands in the private parts. For that you need to get a local examination done to find the cause and hence the treatment. Regarding cramps in lower abdomen could be due to periods or a small stone or GI infection. Is it associated with other symptoms? More details needed or check up with near by doctor should solve the issue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
