What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Brown Spotting And Diarrhea?
Okay, so my period was due a couple weeks ago. I've now been woken up by some of the worst stomach cramps I have ever experienced. I'm having what seems to be brown period blood. There isn't loads of it but there is a fair deal. This is then accompanied by the cramps and also diarrhea. What could be the problem?

This is probably a case of stomach infection along with dysmenorrhea due to muscle spasms, so I would advise a pantoprazole course along with metronidazole and antispasmodic drotaverine.
