What Cause Red Rash Swelling Around Vagina?

MY 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with strep in her urine. She has been on antibiotics for 6 days and has had horrible diarreah for the past4 days. She now has a red rash and is swollen around her urethra/vagina going up her bottom. Is this related to the strep? should I seek treatment?

this could be a secondary yeast infection becuSe of the antibiotic medication, commonly called thrush. there are oral and topical medications for this namely canesten products.
