What Cause High Heart Rate After Going Up In Stairs?

i have 111 beats per minute after going up some stairs and resting for about 5 minutes is that ok? i'm 22 years old, rather healthy about 170 pounds, recently quit smoking after only 3 years, always play soccer in the summer and i have s.o.b. relating to activity. i have an inhaler i use before sports or heavy activity

Looks like you have asthma was worsened by smoking though it is not very serious increase in heart rate but you should take regular bronchodilators and do do and regular exercise
