What Can Cause Missed Periods,smelly Urine, Gas And Pain In The Lower Side ?
i havnt had my period in two months my urin smells bad i have gas and my lower side has pains on and off what can this be??

if you are married go for urine pregnancy test ,,of not then go for ultrasound of lower abdomen ,it will make picture clear,,,

it seems you could be having a urine infection which can cause pain the lower part of abdomen. in case the infection is getting severe there can be irregularity in periods.
you need a gynaecological examintion anda urine check up soon.
