Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As the amount of pain and fever is more and not responding to oral medications, I strongly recommend to get her admitted in the hospital for IV fluids, antibiotics, multivitamins, and other supportive line of treatment for faster recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusuya Ramesh
