my son eye power on august 2010 -1.25 and -1.50. now it shows -2.25 both eyes . whts the reason for ths increase age14 weight 85

it is related to body growth.it goes on till he is 25, and then it is stabilized.with body-growth diameter of eye ball is also increases hence there is increase in power
