What Causes Decreasing Power In Left Eye?

my eye power is not stable for the last one year. I am 27. But in every three months my left eye power is decreasing by 0.25. Now my left eye power is -1.25 and right eye power is -0.50. Last year March my both eye power was -0.25. I am a businessman. Usually work infront of pc for atleast one hour everyday. Sometimes upto 3 hours.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having refractive error and which is becoming stable.
Naturally the refractive error becomes stable by 21 years of age as the growth of the eye ball stops by this age.
Since in your case the refractive power is not becoming stable conditions like keratoconus and other corneal problems like corneal thinning need to be ruled out. However since the refractive power in your case is not very high you can wait.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for evaluation and treatment accordingly.
