Welcome to HCM.
It could be miscarriage, but one cannot be sure, unless you get a pregnancy test done and it shows positive result.
If you had normal periods on 26th June it is unlikely to be missed carriage.
There a lots of reasons for having inter-menstrual bleeding. You will need pelvic examination by a gynecologist as well as ultrasound study to find out the cause for this unexpected bleeding.

General & Family Physician Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale's  Response
occasionally such bleeding can occur due to stress &strain.&will be controlled in couple of days.Need not worry in that condition. But if it does not stop -you have to be careful.
When was your period this time? was it delayed? If so there are chances of miscarraige Pl. get sonography done &cosult a gynac.
If it was in time & if the bleeding persists, still you should consult &get internal check up to exclude certain problems.
