What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Deriphyllin Retard 300?
After having meal I used to burp a lot for past 2 years. I have been through all tests like endoscopy, barium etc. but nothing was dignosed, through the gas formation was there and most of the time i felt bloated. I had been on medication for past 1 month and think the medicines are working as there is decrease in the symptoms. Lately, at times I felt my breathing was heavy. It existed for either a day or few hours and further it was gone itself. I am a smoker and consulted to my doctor. He prescribed me deriphyllin retard 300. I was at ease immediately after taking the drug. Please suggest what this drug is for and secondly if you can suggest me the don't so that i can discontinue the medication as soon as possible.

Deriphyllin retard 300 mg.
Uses ,it act as a bronchodilator and used in rbonchospasma , acute severe bronchial asthma , asthma ( chronic ) , COPD , difficulty in breathing.
Side effects are:
Nausea, vomiting , diarrhea, bloating , burping , abdominal pain , headache, tremors , palpitations, cardiac arrhthymias, convulsions, hypotension.
If you are having difficulty in breathing i.e. bronchospasma , you can use it .
If excessive burping take pantoloc- D once or twice in day 2 hours before meal .
