pregnancy symptoms Been having many food cravings. Uterus feels like its tightening up. Cramping in my upper abdomen and lower abdomen, headache everyday for the past week in a half. Seems like I have started producing milk again. I have a Been having many food cravings. Uterus feels like its tightening up. Cramping in my upper abdomen and lower abdomen, headache everyday for the past week in a half. Seems like I have started producing milk again. Breast are tender. I have a child.2 yr. Old child.frequent urination even if I have had nothing to drink. Today I started cramping and spotted a little. Cycle due in 7 days. And increased saliva production. increased appetite.

Dear u have already listed out most of the pregnancy symptoms.hope u have done ur pregnancy test. So much of symptoms mean ur pregnancy hormones r produced satisfactoryily so probLet's r unlikely.but cos u r having spotting n pan it is vital to do a scan to make sure the pregnancy is inside the uterus
