What Are The Side Effects Of Nexito Forte And Tobacco Addiction?

Hello Doctor, I was taking Nexito Forte for more than 5 years. I am getting obese and i tried to quit but i am having withdrawal symptoms like high BP and when i rotate my eye balls its aggravated. I was given this drug for my unknown fear but i don t have any. And i am addicted to smokeless tobacco for more than 12 years. Kindly help me in this. Thank you. Regards Ganesan

Nexito forte contains both clonazepam and escitalopram oxalate which is used to treat anxiety disorder, tension, improvement of mood, insomnia etc. Side effects of drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of libido, loss of memory, loss of balance, delayed ejaculation, decreased orgasm, depression, mood swings, weight gain, allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts etc. Again, withdrawal symptoms of nexito forte are mood changes, irritability, restlessness, sleeping difficulties, dizziness, increased blood pressure, involuntary movement of eyes, agitation etc.

Smokeless tobacco's side effects are oral cancer, pancreatic cancer, mouth sores, tooth loss, stained teeth, bad breath, addiction to nicotine etc.
