Hi,

Lasilactone contains both furosemide and spironolactone which is used to reduce excess fluid levels in the body while maintaining the potassium balance. It is used to treat edema or fluid overload and some cases of hypertension.

Side effects of Lacilactone are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, headache, dizziness, weakness, dehydration, muscle cramps, skin rash, itching, hearing problems, hyponatremia or decreased sodium level in blood, decreased magnesium level in blood, hypocalcemia or decreased calcium level in blood, hypoglycemia, hyperuricemia or increased uric acid level in blood, breast enlargement of male, diarrhoea, GIT upset, allergic reactions etc. Its most side effects are dehydration related. So, taking plenty of fluids during using this medication should be maintained to prevent dehydration and keep the body hydrated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
