What Are The Side Effects Of Ibuprofen 800mg?

I have taken ibuprofen 800mg for the past 7 days every 4-6 hrs, what are some of the side effects if I continue I had my wisdom tooth pulled 7 days ago. And I am still in extreme pain, I was told that I did not have a dry socket but still the pain is extreme..

I have gone through your query. Ibuprofen is a NSAID which can have side effects like gastric upset and risk of kidney damage. This occurs if you take continuously more than 1 week. So better to avoid it more than 1 week. If you still have pain any possibility of infection or abscess should be ruled out by consulting your dentist again. For pain relief you can use narcotic pain relievers like tramadol Instead of NSAID if you want to take for longer duration.
