Hi

Vertin contains betahistine which is an antihistamine used in the treatment of nausea/vomiting during motion sickness or in the treatment of dizziness/ vertigo and disorders affecting inner ear balance problems. It reduces vertigo episodes when taken regularly. This drug should be taken thrice a day for effective action.Dry mouth or fatigue can occur as common side effects. In case of severe side effects like irregular heart beat ,restlessness, shaking or difficulty in urination, the drug should be stopped.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
