Hello
It seems from the history that you want to get cataract surgery for your mother.
The best cataract surgery is phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens.
The cost of surgery is around Rs. 15,000 to Rs 25,000.
After surgery one week of rest is required and supposed to use eye drops for 4-6 weeks.
You can get surgery done at government hospital if the surgeon is good.

Thank you
