What Are The Findings From The Transvaginal Ultrasound?

Had a TV U/S last week. Impressions are:
-Enlarged anteverted uterus with myoma measuring 7.19 x 7.69 x 7.52 cm
-Slightly thickened endometrium
-Normal right ovary
-Left ovary not seen
-There is a tubolocystic structure at the left adnexa, anechoic with incomplete septations measuring 3.58 x 6.98 x 3.56 cm, probably inflammatory in nature.
What does this mean?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The findings are suggestive of a fibroid in the uterus and a cystic mass in the tubes ay be due to an infection or inflammation in the area. You need to get HSG done to find if the tubes are patent.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
