What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of HIV?

I recently had unprotected vaginal sex with a feamle friend that I've known for 18 years. She is also a skin cancer patient. She gets her blood tested every 3 months in regards to the cancer and states that if anything were wrong with her that those blood tests would show "something". I have no reason to be believe she is HIV+ but since we had sex I am terrified that I caught HIV. I also have haqd past problems with OCD & anxiety. Should I be actually be worried or am I experiencing a HIV phobia?

Your female friend is right , if any thing were wrong with her, that would would have shown in blood tests i.e. she is HIV free .
She is also a skin cancer patient , so her immunity is also low , this means if she would have been a patient of HIV that would have shown .
In my opinion you don't require any blood test as you are HIV free , not a cause of concern .
As you mentioned that you are were a patient of OCD and anxiety , so that is the reason that you are over conscious about HIV infection .
So enjoy life and remain tension free.These are early signs of HIV :
Fever, pharyngitis, headache/retro-orbital pain , lymphadenopathy, arthralgias/myalgias , lethargy/myalgias, anorexia/weight loss, nausea/diarrhea/vomiting.
Erythematous maculopapular rash, mucocutaneous ulceration ( tongue and in mouth).
