Hello,

According to the description the possibilities are:

- If you have started the birth control pills during first three to four days of the menstrual cycle, it can give protection throughout the month, if have you used as per the schedule means without missing the pill or altering the time of intake of the pill.

- If you have started taking the birth control pill on the 11th day of your menstrual cycle that means on the day when unprotected intercourse happened, the possibility of pregnancy cannot be ruled out.

Using combined hormonal pills for birth control in women with early reproductive age group without medical commodities for a short period of time can be considered safe usually.

If you miss your expected date of periods, please go for a urine or blood test for pregnancy to rule out the possibility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
