Hi.

It is still possible to conceive, but do not take conception for granted and make sure you consult an obstetrician who will guide you through to conception and delivery.

In my opinion, I am guessing you may require hormonal pills to help regularise your cycle before your husband comes, and then initiate fertility medication from there on. Please do speak to a doctor for proper guidance.

Best wishes.
