RECENTLY I WENT FOR MY PAIN MANAGEMENT URINE SCREEN I USE PRESCRIPTION MEDS FOR A MULTITUDE OF CONDITIONS,I TESTED POSITIVE FOR OXYCONTON,COULD THE HIGH LEVEL OF OPIATE CONTENT,AS I TAKE5-6 VICODIN[NORCO]10/325 DAILY W/EPILEPSY SEIZURES,HBP,SPINAL STENOSIS CERVICAL C-3-C-6,DEG. DISC DISEASE.DEPRESSION ZOLOFT,ETC. MY QUESTION IS WHAT ARE THE CHANCESFOR A FALSE RESULT???

There are no chances of false positive results.
You are suffering form age related degenerative disease of cervical spine.
MRI is the investigation of choice for spinal study and it very clearly depicts the soft tissue image.
You need clinical correlation and you should consult neurosurgeon regarding findings.
