General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per your report, there is severe compression of nerve roots by the bulged disc. Surgery will be the treatment of choice and surgical removal of protruded disc will provide best results. You can opt for minimal invasive or endoscopic approach as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
