gynacology : i have pco.i want to conceive this month what i do? i get my period today.i take the letoval medicine from my 2 nd of my period in the month december.but i could not conceive.why?i have pco.i want to conceive this month what i do?

Thanks for query,
First you go for pcod treatment.
Consult gynaec and he will start hormonal treatment and go for ovulation study.
If every thing is fine then he will tell when ovulation will take place and when you have to go foe sex.
