Hi there.
Any sexual act leading onto an infection can technically be classified as an
STD (or
sexually transmitted disease).
However, in your particular instance from your description, it does not appear to be a
streptococcal infection. It appears to be more of a 'fungal aeitology'.
For best results, of course, please do visit your nearest
dermatologist or venereologist. However, i would recommend a 200mg fluconazole+2gram tinnidazole combination tablet medication taken as a single dose & please ensure lots of fluid intake & a warm saline gargle post meals.
Depending on which part of the world you are from, you can get a 'combination' kit called eg FAS kit that may take care of any infection taken as a single dose. These will require a doctor's prescription.
The most important advice i can share with you though will have to be "please practice 'SAFE SEX' "!
Good Luck & Godspeed!
