Unibrom is an anti-inflammatory eye drop. prolonged use might cause dry eye.
What i recommend if she really has to use something....better stick to Tear substitutes like Refresh tear.
As per description it doesn't seem an option to ever stop any drop completely forever, then better be tear substitute.
