Using Marina Coil. Having Swelling, Bloating And Breasts Feel Larger And Tender. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I use the marina coil for my method of contraception. Iv had it now for over 6 months. At first my symptoms were swelling, bloating and my breasts got larger and tender. One month I'd have a light period then the next would be heavy. All this settled down until now, my breasts are larger again and more tender than the last time. Iv had 3 kids so know the signs of pregnancy. My question is can you still fall pregnant with the marina coil?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Mirena is a hormonal contraceptive device. failure rate with this is very less around 0.2%.
Check for mirena thread regularly.
Do self examination of your breast for any lump, change in consistency.

Consult your doctor for examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take
care.
