Urine Is Bright Yellow And Has Strong Smell. Have Frequent Urination. Am I Pregnant?

I have had a uti before although I don t get them often I do know what it should look and smell like. Usually it is a dark cloudy color and has a strong urine smell. Recently I have been going to the bathroom a lot more than I usually do, my urine is a really bright yellow which I don t think I ve ever seen before, and it has the absolute strongest smell I ve ever smelt come from piss. Usually when I am hydrated or even over hydrated my urine is more so clear and has no smell. Can you help me? Could I be pregnant?

Fowl smelling urine and frequent urination are both symptoms in favor of a urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections are more common in females than in males due to the short nature of their urethra and the proximity of the urethral opening to the anus. Being a female, being sexually active, and having urinary tract abnormalities are common risk factors to urinary tract infections.
However, pregnancy must definitely be ruled out in all sexually active females with a missed period. If you have missed your period and if you were sexually active then you have chances of being pregnant. What you should do is to conduct a pregnancy test and see what it turns out to be. If it turns out negative, you could re do the test again in a week's time or two to confirm it.
Also you need to see a doctor for examination and for urine analysis as well as a urinary ultrasound.
