What Causes Black Spots In Urine Along With Painful Urination?

I have been having black and brown spots in my urine which is painful during and after urination. I also have been having a lot of back pain and was recently treated for a kidney infection by my urologist... Am I passing stones or something else

As you mentioned you have problem of painful urination that may be because of urinary tract infection or kidney infection.

Proper antibiotics course helpful in infection condition.
Consult a urologist for further treatment.
Drink more water to flush out a bacteria.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Urine culture test helpful for further information.
Cranberry juice is helpful in uti.
Urine alkalytic agent is also helpful .
Ultrasonograph can done for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
