Hi I have a query regarding spermicides...I have used a vaginal spermicide for the first time..would like to know how effective it is..there is no other contraceptive I used that time..im still apprehensive that i may conceive. Is there anything I can do at the moment to avoid conception . My last cycle occured on the 15 of november and I used the pessary on the 26 of november. Pls help.
