Trying To Conceive, Have Weird Pain On The Lower Left Side, Headache, Light Headedness, Sore Throat. Early Pregnancy Signs?

I am about 6-7 DPO and me and my husband are TTC. yesterday i started having a weird pain in my lower left side like at my or in my ovary ....i have never experienced this before....it was like a twitching or pulling. When i would press lightly and rub it felt string like....i have been having headaches for 3-4 days and with the feeling of being light headed slight sore throat with a stuffy nose . I am also gassy and nauseated and a bit confused. Could these being early signs of pregnancy? Thx for ur time Kb

The symptoms you have described could be related to pregnancy. It is right now to early for any test to detect the pregnancy. You will have to wait for at least one week more and then test your urine for confirmation.
