Trying To Conceive, Delayed Periods, Mild Cramps. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Pregnancy A Possibility?
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 8 months and I ve been tracking my temperature and cycles closely. I typically have a very regular 30 day cycle. I am 3 days past my expected menstruation , have had mild cramping for those 3 days, and have taken 2 pregnancy tests , both negative. Could I be pregnant or could this indicate a problem?
It is possible that the pregnancy tests were done too soon. They detect the presence of HCG in the urine and some tests can only detect if the levels are high. It may be best if the test is repeated after a few more days.
Mild cramping is not likely indicative of any serious problem.
Hope this helps
