Trying several health measures, lose out on following health regularities as they are slow or painful. How to follow without hating them for a long time?

How are you doctor? My name is Regina from Uganda-Africa.. i ve been trying on several health measures and atleast i know my skin type, blood group, weight,...the problem is that i some times lose out on following health regularities because they are either slow or painful in a way. my question is; How can i follow my health responsibilities for a long time. without hating it ?

Hi Regina.Hope you are doing well.Firstly all health regularities are essential as we keep aging day by day and to maintain our health should be one of the top priorities to lead a successful & disease free life.I would suggest you to read about the benefits of any of the health regularities like exercise, dietary modifications etc before practicing or trying to inculcate in your routine.This will not only enlighten you on the uses but also creates an interest and to follow them in an appropriate fashion.Hope this boosts you to keep in touch with them for a long time.Make friends or tell your friends about what you know and share them.Hope this helps.
