I m a house wife ,age 42 ,In 2009 august my doctor declared thyroid in me after the blood test reports came & suggested me to take medicine Neo _Mercazole 10 continually till 3 months after 3 months ,my condition was better then earlier & reports was normal ,then after 6 months i feel some same symptoms like earlier as i was getting a feeling of getting thyroid again ,then i started taking the same medicine again 1 tablet daily . I feel better when i take this medicine but when i dont take my dose i don t feel well & When the thyroid problem started arising in me ,my weight was reduced by 10kg & after taking medicine it start increasing rapidly even more than 10kg . My question is that, should i continue taking this medicine when i don t feel good & also tell me that; Is this disease is a life long disease or it can be cured & if cured so then how ? Is there any side effect of this disease or can cause / arise or lead to any other disease & Is there any side effect of taking of this medicine ? Please help
