Treatment For Deaf Child Who Pulls Out Hair And Eyelashes?

i have a 12 year old son that is deaf. He has been pulling his hair and eyelashes out. what is the best treatment for him? what type of dr would be good for treating him? Also he has ADD and presently taking Focalin, which i feel makes everything worse.

This is a psychiatric problem. It is called as trichotillomania. He need a paediatric counselor but other issue is he is deaf. So psychiatrist needs to be able to talk to him in mannerism.
